    Shinshu Matsumoto Airport. From Matsumoto Airport, please go to Matsumoto Station and change to JR Express Shinano. From Matsumoto Station, take the Shinano Railway at Shinanoi Station and get off at Karuizawa Station, the last stop on the Shinano Railway line.

    団体（1０名以上)、長期利用のお客様、貸切は30日前から５０％キャンセル料が発生致します。

    For individuals, cancellations up to two days before the reservation are exempt, 50% the day before, and 100% on the day without permission.
    For groups (10 or more people), long-term guests, and private parties, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged 30 days before the reservation.
