Ichidaya was moved from Nakasendo Oiwake-juku in the middle of the Meiji era.
It is a ryokan with a long history, having been moved to this location from Oiwajuku,
Nakasendo, in the middle of the Meiji period.
It is located right outside the north exit of JR Karuizawa Station.
It is an ideal base for business, travel, sports, shopping, and all other scenes.

チェックアウト後も17時迄無料でお荷物をお預かりいたします。帰る直前まで身軽に軽井沢をお楽しみください。※17時以降は荷物一つにつき1,000円頂きます。We will keep your luggage free of charge until 5:00 p.m. even after check-out. Please enjoy Karuizawa with your baggage free of charge until just before you leave.After 17:00, we will charge 1,000 yen per piece of luggage.

エレベーターはございません、階段のみとなります。
