チェックイン前もチェックアウト後も無料でお預かり可能です。 ※チェックアウト後17:00以降の受取にはお預かり料をお荷物一つ辺り1000円頂きます。 You can leave your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. If you pick up your baggage after 17:00 after check-out, we will charge you 1,000 yen per piece.

外出時にルームキーは預けた方がよいですか Should I leave my room key with you when I go out?

お持ちいただいても問題ございませんが、もし無くされた場合ロストキー代として5,000円を頂戴しておりますので心配な方はフロントにてお預けくださいませ。 There is no problem even if you do not leave the key with us. If you lose it, we will charge you 5,000 yen as a lost key fee, so please leave it at the front desk if you are concerned.
